Monitoring mentions

Monitoring mentions consists of identifying and counting all the mentions on the web that a brand generates on the web (forums, blogs, news sites, social networks, etc.) in a given period of time.

The subsequent analysis provides an assessment of the sentiment for the references found.

Brand reputation analysis

Brand reputation analysis provides a qualitative and quantitative cross-analysis of brand-derived mentions. Analysis consists of placing each mention under a positive, negative or neutral judgement.

By analyzing the data as a whole, it is possible to provide the customer with a ranking of the best and worst mentions associated with the brand and an indexing of the sources where they can be found.

The option of associating a set of keywords (business sector, competitors, etc.) with the brand provides further data for a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the reputation.

Reputation and infiltration

Reputation and infiltration consists of direct intervention in thematic forums, the creation, dissemination and promotion of information and discussions in strategic parts of the web, and the moderation of critical situations.

All this is aimed at directing users, customers or consumers toward concepts, ideas and proposals, which are functional for the predetermined target.

Reporting

All digital PR operations have both qualitative and quantitative traceability.

During the various operations, the reports will be light and frequent for a better analysis of the buzz produced during the work.

Whereas, a more comprehensive and summarized report will be produced at the close of operation to document all the steps of action.
